Where are Love Woolies’ products made?
All of our products are made in Southern Utah by our Love Woolies team of mothers working from home to help provide for their families.

Shipping
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping will usually range between $2.75 and $4. Priority and Express shipping will cost more and will depend on the distance the order is being sent.
How long after I submit my order will it take to ship out?
We ship orders out within 1-3 business days after the order is placed.
How long does shipping usually take?
Standard shipping will take anywhere from 2-4 days for it to be delivered. Once it is shipped, it will be sent through USPS to the specified shipping address.

Cloth Face Masks
What material are the Face Masks made of?
Our masks have 3 layers of 100% cotton, high thread count fabric that is considered to be an excellent filter.
To adjust the mask, we recommend tying knots on the ends of both ear loops. Doing this will help the mask to fit better when being worn.
Do Love Woolies’ Cloth Face Masks have wire nose bridges?
No. Our masks do not have a wire nose bridge. However, we have found that when the mask is adjusted, by tying the ear loops, the nose is well covered and the mask is secure.
Do Love Woolies’ Cloth Face Masks have filter pockets?
No. Our masks do not have filter pockets in them. However, our masks have 3 layers of 100% cotton, high thread count fabric that is considered to be an excellent filter.
What are the dimensions of the adult masks?
Our adult masks are roughly 2.5 inches tall and 8 inches long, when the mask is not opened. When opened, the mask is about 5.5 inches wide at the largest opening
What size mask should my son or daughter wear?
Our kids masks are recommended for kids ages 3-8 years old. Any one older than 8 is recommended to wear an adult sized mask. Again, these masks can all be adjusted so that they adult size can fit a larger variety of face/head sizes.
Scrunchies
Can they be washed?
Yes! We have already washed and shrunk the cashmere sweaters before they were made into scrunchies, so they should not shrink much more. However, we recommend washing on cold and letting it air dry.
