Exchange Policy

♥Thank you so much for shopping with us. Our goal is to make the returns process as simple as possible. 
If you have an item you would like to return, please contact us within 14 Days of receiving your purchase.

We will do everything possible to ensure you have joy with either a new product or a refund.

If you are emailing us during dinner time we will be back in the morning after we get our kids off to school.

Return requests will be approved within 1 business day. Please wait for email confirmation before shipping your package. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs on returns and exchanges. We will refuse any packages sent without prior contact. Once the item is received, your store credit or refund will be processed within 2-3 business/laundry days and sent via email.

♥MUST BE FREE OF MARKS, MAKEUP, PERFUMES, STRONG ODORS, DEODORANT, CIGARETTE SMOKE, AND ANIMAL HAIR.

♥MUST BE UNWORN & RESELLABLE
